Prolog

before starting to write, Let me introduce myself to you,M

y name is Syahrizal Haryo Yudhanto. You can call me Rizal. I am from Surakarta, Central Java, Indonesia, and study at the University of Tunas Pembangunan Surakarta (UTP). Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Major in Physical Education.


I am one of the UTP students who participated in the SEA-Teacher student exchange programme sent to the Philippines, specifically at Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology (NUEST) for 28 days.


On this occasion I will share my activities while in the Philippines precisely at NUEST.
